Order Processing and Delivery

The total delivery time consists of processing time plus transit time. We currently offer free shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and transit time is 4 to 7 business days. 

While most parcels arrive before the maximum timeframe, we provide this window to account for potential courier or seasonal delays.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT (London time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Terms
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order is delivered securely. Tracking information will be sent to your email within 24 hours of shipment so that you can follow your package’s progress. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Taviora cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an address error, we will assist with re-shipment, and additional charges may apply.
